Established in Portland, Oregon in 2020 (yikes!), we wanted to create a space where people like our friends would feel comfortable coming for basic and advanced esthetic services like:

We are an “Alt” spa because we find ourselves an alternative to the traditional med spa or day spa. you’ll still be able to receive those traditional services, but we don’t come to work in scrubs, our music isn’t Enya, and we never make you come in before you can see our prices (we get it — we too have social anxiety)!

Cancellation &

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that situations arise for which you must cancel your appointment. As a courtesy to our staff, as well as other clients, we request a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. You will receive a confirmation email/text 48 hours AND 4 hours before your appointment if applicable.

Cancellation and Last minute rescheduling fees are as follows:

All Services $99+

24hrs-12hrs cancellation = $50
12hrs-3hrs = 50% of service cost
Less than 3hrs & no shows = 100% of the service cost

Services less than $99 (includes virtual consultations)

24hrs-12hrs cancellation = $25
12hrs-3hrs = 50% of service cost, or $25, whichever is greater
Less than 3 hours & no shows= 100% of service cost, or $25, whichever is greater

Rescheduling services $99+

Less than 12 hrs = $50

Rescheduling services for less than $99 (includes virtual consultations)

Less than 12 hours = $25

When booking online, you will need to have a card on file - Your card will be authorized but not charged at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged if you cancel/reschedule 24 hours or less of your appointment time. Please note that cancellation/rescheduling fees vary based on service type/timeline - an initial $25 will be charged, and any remainder based on the terms agreed to upon booking will be charged after. If the card on file does not process any cancellation/rescheduling fees that may occur, you will NOT be able to rebook with Take It Off - if this is a mistake, please reach out to us with your current card information so we can process this fee and reschedule you.
